Travis Randolph

Travis Randolph joined the WVU staff in July 2016 as clinical director of sports medicine. Additionally, he is a physician assistant in the WVU Medicine Department of Orthopaedic Surgery.

Randolph returned to WVU in 2008 and has worked part-time for the WVU Medicine Department of Emergency Medicine/Urgent Care for five years, and was designated as the lead physician assistant for advanced practice providers at WVU Medicine in 2013.

He is an active member of Physician Assistants in Orthopaedic Surgery (PAOS), West Virginia Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA).

A native of Jane Lew, West Virginia, Randolph earned his bachelor’s degree in athletic training from West Virginia in 2004.

He earned a master’s degree in exercise science from Georgia in 2006, while also completing a master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Florida in 2008.

Randolph and his wife, Joanna, have two sons, Austin and Grayson.
