Hailee Settle

Hailee Settle serves as the primary athletics trainer for the gymnastics and rifle teams after joining West Virginia University athletics in January 2021. She added women's track and cross country to her sport responsibilities in 2022.
 
Her current role includes the day-to-day care, rehabilitation and injury prevention for athletes in those specific sports.
 
Settle arrived at WVU after fulfilling a one-year internship as an athletic trainer for Florida’s men’s and women’s track & field and cross country teams. She also acted as the host athletic trainer during the first round of the 2019 NCAA Division I Volleyball Championships.
 
Prior to her time at Florida, Settle spent two years as a graduate assistant for the men’s and women’s tennis teams at Oklahoma State. 
 
She also spent three years as a TCU athletic training student and worked with several of the Horned Frog teams, including football, volleyball, men’s basketball, women’s soccer, men’s and women’s tennis and men’s and women’s track & field. Settle also worked several postseason events for the TCU baseball and tennis teams.
 
A native of Burleson, Texas, Settle earned her bachelor’s degree in athletic training from TCU in 2017. She received her master’s degree from OSU in 2019 in applied exercise science.
