West Virginia University Athletics

Billy Brandt has worked on West Virginia University’s athletics maintenance staff since 1987, assisting in the daily operations of the Mountaineers’ 18 intercollegiate sports. Prior to that, he worked as a contractor specializing in dry wall and painting.
 
Brandt grew up in Windham, Ohio, and graduated from Windham High in 1978.
 
Brandt and his wife, Kande, have one child, Lane. He has two children from a previous marriage, Billy and Misty, and three grandchildren, Byron, Ladon and Shayla.
