Biography

Prior to West Virginia

  • Attended Cordova High in Memphis, Tennessee
  • Won Mr. Basketball in Class 4A in the state of Tennessee this past season after he averaged 21 points per game 
  • Was recently named the Memphis Commercial Appeal 2024 Boys Basketball Player of the Year
  • Led the city of Memphis in scoring as a sophomore, averaging 28 points per game and then 23 points per game as a junior
  • Reached 1,000 career points after just 42 games, the fastest to reach that milestone in school history
